-Ate breakfast next to Forrest Whitaker at a cafe in Studio City
-Was approached by Valerie Harper who came into the theater to see a show
-Met Mary Lou Henner who came to see a show at the theater
-Met Chunk from Goonies
-Walked past Lamar Odom on Ventura Blvd. on draft night at 10:30pm. I waved and said hello and he said "Hey, what's up man." |

Firstly, I am not sure if I can post on this thread anymore now that the geographical limit of celeb spotting has been drastically curtailed.

Bobby Gillespie was great - he bought a cruiser type of bike. Bit like a Schwinn. Style over function. He seemed alive and not drugged up at all. Lucid. Once you understood his Glaswegian drawl.
Sade came across as very normal, nice and fun. She bought a 20" wheeled bike for her boy. She came in with her toyboy and had just come back from a holiday in Thailand. Her ex, Robert Elms, is a regular in the shop.
Jon Snow, Trigger from Only Fools and Horses, Rachel Stevens from S club 7, Jazzy B, Norman Jay are some other minor celebs who have graced our establishment. There are more - we keep a list.
I once did a puncture repair for Boy George - he gave me a Ł10 tip!

I was at Ad Hoc in Yountville eating dinner last night with my sister and some family friends when Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhal came and sat a table away from us. Some of the people at our table were freaking out a little and whispering about them and then Reese shot me the dirtiest scowl ever and we decided to try and treat them like normal people. Later Reese moved to sideways dine next to Jake and exchange some snuggly lovin'. They sure seemed like a couple to me... and it was apparent she's calling the shots in that relationship.

I was walking on Ventura Blvd., in Sherman Oaks on Monday and spotted Paula Abdul on the sidewalk, standing in front of a dance studio. Just as I passed her she literally started to cry and whine about some guy, who I gathered had walked out on her dance rehearsal and down the street from whence I came. She looked ALL KINDS of crazy. It was awesome.
